Claiming P.A.C.E. Credits using ASCLS CE Organizer

Effective November 11, 2020:  All attendance and CE credits must be claimed through the ASCLS CE Organizer.  CE Organizer can be used free of charge whether or not you are a member of ASCLS.

  1. Navigate to
  2. Select either the Member or Non-Member log-in box.
    • ASCLS members will log in using the same username and password used to enter the Members Section of the ASCLS website. 
    • If you are not an ASCLS member, and do not have an account in CE Organizer already, click the “Register Here” link to create a username and password. 
  3. Once logged in, click on Claim Credit.
  4. Click the Other P.A.C.E. Programs tab, and locate Massachusetts Association of Blood Banks on the list.
  5. Click on View Events to the right of MABB’s provider name.
  6. On the next screen, check the box to the right of the session you attended and click Next at the bottom of the page.  If you cannot see the checkboxes, you may need to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page.
  7. On the following screen enter the unique session code provided at the end of the session and click Next.  Once again, depending on your computer set-up, you may need to use the scroll bar.
  8. Complete the Attendee Evaluation on the session on the screen, then click Complete Survey.
  9. If you entered everything correctly, a button will appear on the screen that says Download Certificate Now. Click this button to view, print, or save your certificate.
  10. Although session codes are valid for one year following the live event, do not delay claiming your CE Certificate.

CE Organizer data is automatically transferred to the BOC Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) form for re-certification purposes for ASCLS members if your correct ASCP customer ID number is listed in CE Organizer.
